This workshop provides an opportunity to undo the beliefs that prevent us from being free to speak and communicate in relationship to others.

You may have noticed sometimes when there are “High Stakes”, you become nervous or unsteady in your communication. It can seem impossible to express your true self to others. Even your family can be a place of heaven or hell depending on how free you feel in your communication with them. Your 'self talk' how you communicate to your self can also be stressful and painful depending on what you believe.

In this 3-day intensive we'll use the four questions and turnarounds of The Work of Byron Katie to question your beliefs and undo the concepts that prevent you fully expressing your truth, so you can gain freedom in all your communication.

Kathy White is a Certified Facilitator of The Work, qualified Art Therapist and works in the Spiritual and Personal Development Department of the Findhorn Foundation.

Book well in advance to ensure a place in this workshop. If you book online your payment will not be directly debited by the website, your payment will only be taken upon confirmation and completion of your booking. Please send a £95 (pounds sterling) deposit per person per workshop. This deposit is not refunded unless your workshop is cancelled. The balance of your payment is due four weeks before the starting date of your programme. We will take this from your credit card automatically or you can send us a cheque or bank transfer. We suggest you arrange holiday insurance as, if you cancel after this point, we can refund only 50% of the balance (the deposit is non-refundable). If you cancel within one week of the programme, there is no refund. When booking a programme that starts in four weeks or less, full payment is required at the time of booking. Wait for confirmation before making travel arrangements as we cannot guarantee bookings for any given week. Please allow 2–4 weeks for confirmation.
