Having a “Kind Mind” is gently and clearly identifying and questioning your stressful thoughts. To show yourself the truth and “love what is” is kind. We are offering this weekend at a beautiful house surrounded by nature in a suburb of Seattle. We invite you to plant your feet in The Work on Friday evening, dive into The Work on Saturday and go deeper on Sunday! Call us for details. Bring the lunch & snacks you love, and a personal notebook. Coffee & tea provided. All are welcome whether you are beginning in The Work of Byron Katie or are more seasoned in inquiry.

“Loved this! Paul is a gentle yet firm facilitator of The Work and guided us through some great obstacles to wonderful Ah Has!”
“Paul is a gifted facilitator of The Work. He is remarkably creative in communicating Byron Katie’s teaching which transforms suffering into freedom. His extraordinary kindness and generosity testify to how deeply he has assimilated The Work. I have worked with him individually and in a group and he is equally skilled and fully present in both arenas. You will love him!”
