Let’s get off the relationship roller coaster! Do you wonder whose fault it is? Do you want someone to forgive you? Are ancient grudges destroying your family? Do you fight and make up (a lot)? Are you a “serial” relationship junkie? Are co-workers driving you nuts? Is your mother, father, or sibling a constant source of sadness or irritation? What about your daughter or son? Your boss?

The freedom starts by examining thoughts like: It’s my fault. Why bother. They’re mean. They should understand me. I deserve better. I’ll be alone forever.

A primary relationship can bring up some of the deepest feelings of pain, but this class is for ANY stressful relationship you see in your life: your child, your sibling, mother, father, employee, neighbor. All are welcome here.

Grace Bell has a private practice facilitating the work in Seattle, WA with clients from all over the world via phone and in person. She teaches teleclasses and workshops introducing the work, and enjoys focusing on issues around food and eating, and divorce or relationship transition/conflict, among many others.

Anyone may take this course privately for $840 for 8 individual sessions arranged at your convenience. This format is not eligible for certificate credit hours.

Should you cancel 5 days or more prior to the start of class, you will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. If you cancel after the first class meets, but before the second class meets, you may use your payment towards another teleclass in the future within six months. If you do not send a request to transfer your attendance to another class before the second class meets, if you do not attend, or if you leave the course early, your payment is not refundable and not transferrable.
