Deepening into the Questions

September 12, 2010
Berkeley, CA, USA

One-day workshop providing an opportunity to go deeply into the four questions and turnarounds. We will explore deepening our experience of The Work through truly giving time to each question as a living meditation.

The workshop will include meditations, exercises, individual work, sharing, and doing The Work in the group and with partners. The day will be held in a beautiful natural setting, with benches in both sun and shade, meandering stream, manzanitas, redwoods, and native flowers, allowing space to sit deeply with each question.

Participants are invited to bring a stressful core concept, “stuck” belief or long-held judgment that you would like to work with during our time together.

Class size limited to 8.

Prerequisite: Previous experience with The Work is recommended.

About The Presenter:

Zoe N
Zoé Newman lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has been using The Work in her personal life and in her practice for over ten years. As a certified facilitator of the Work of Byron Katie and a psychotherapist, one of her great joys is to share The Work with others.

When Zoé facilitates, her heart opens and I feel the embrace! She is right there with me and then she asks just the right question to take me even deeper into me. What a gift.
— Bobbie Wells

I really love this class — it encourages me to really sit in each question and to move The Work out of my head and into my daily life.
— Sarah Thompson

This class is having quite an impact on me. This is really The Work as I have always wanted to experience it.
— Patricia Alessi
