Six-week teleconference class providing an opportunity to go deeply into the four questions and turnarounds. We will explore deepening our experience of The Work through truly giving time to each question as we take it into our week as a living meditation.

Participants are invited to bring to our first session a stressful core concept, “stuck” belief or long-held judgment that you would like to work with during our time together.

Call in each week for one hour with a group of people from all over to explore living deeply with the four questions and turnarounds in our actual life.

Zoé Newman lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has been using The Work in her personal life and in her practice for over ten years. As a certified facilitator of the Work of Byron Katie and a psychotherapist, one of her great joys is to share The Work with others.
