Too Much, Not Enough: What if Your Relationship With Food Was Your Path To Peace—Would You Take It Away?

September 3 - 5, 2010
Seattle, WA, USA

We will start on Friday evening identifying our beliefs about food and eating and take them to inquiry. We’ll look at how our experience of eating shows us what we’re believing. We’ll dive into exercises for the rest of the weekend which help us look closely at the following:

Hunger and Fullness—What does it mean about me?
Thin And Fat—What Am I Assuming
In Control/Out Of Control
When I Eat When I’m Not Hungry
What Is Missing In My Life Because Of My Relationship With Food?
If People Saw The Real Me
What Is There Too Much Of, And Not Enough Of, Besides Food?

About The Presenter:

Grace B
Grace Bell, M.A., Certified Facilitator and Life Coach, has a private practice in northeast Seattle in-person and by phone, and works with people from all walks of life, with special care for concerns around love relationships and divorce, eating disorders and eating issues of all kinds, money, and cancer or other frightening diagnoses. She loves working with teens and older on eating anxiety.

Grace spent 10 years experiencing brutally painful beliefs resulting in bulimia, anorexia, bingeing, dieting and panic around body image and food. After some years of therapy and normalizing, and then finding The Work, she lives as someone whose relationship with food is constantly, amazingly peaceful.

This course can be taken privately for eight 1 hour phone sessions for $600 at the time of the participant’s preferred schedule. The private option is not eligible for credit for BKI Certification Credits.
