Well Being Retreat
Presented by Tamara Alferoff

Steps Toward a More Conscious and Loving Awareness of Yourself and Your World

During this Retreat, we will offer exercises from The Work of Byron Katie specifically designed to enable you to identify, understand, and work with anxieties, patterns and beliefs you may have around body issues, relationships, others' behaviour, health and disease, food, death, and survival, and those uncomfortable thoughts that can lead to fear, anxiety, resentment and jealousy, dis-ease, pain and isolation.

Using the process of Inquiry created by Byron Katie, you can explore at your own pace some of these stressful, limiting beliefs, to find what is true for you, and to come home to your innocent, beautiful, peaceful self. In so doing, many have discovered the intense beauty and love at the heart of all that is, no longer separated by fear, judgements, or projections, and free to unfold in the presence of the love that you truly are.

Testimonials:

“I am grateful for my experiences, I really 'get it ' in this moment. I am so glad to be with me, I'm a great person to be around and I am in love. How easy life is. ...and how can I be ever alone? if I have me, such a beautiful person always there for me!? I wanted to share this with you because doing the work with you has cut open some very powerful believes for me to see and recognise and smile at. I want to Thank You as much as I'm thanking myself. in Joy.” –HV

“Set high in the mountains, a two hour drive from Volos, Kalikos is to be found in the beautiful village of Kissos. Attractive houses bedecked with vines and flowers, and a most delightful village square make this an ideal and peaceful venue for a stay. I found the house comfortable, the food good and the community members very friendly and welcoming. It was apparent from the onset of the course that the workshops were to be held in a quiet, uninterrupted and safe environment. As the week progressed a bond of respect grew amongst the participants. Our facilitator, Tamara, ensured that the pace and content was appropriate for each individual. The week was certainly a challenge, examining more deeply my opinions of myself and others and ways in which I create my own stress and discomfort ; and how to overcome this.” –SA

It really was intensive and captured everything I was expecting.

Very many thanks for your openness, fairness, calm, and presence.

Fantastic workshop!
