Well Being RetreatPresented by Tamara Alferoff Steps Toward a More Conscious and Loving Awareness of Yourself and Your World During this Retreat, we will offer exercises from The Work of Byron Katie specifically designed to enable you to identify, understand, and work with anxieties, patterns and beliefs you may have around body issues, relationships, others' behaviour, health and disease, food, death, and survival, and those uncomfortable thoughts that can lead to fear, anxiety, resentment and jealousy, dis-ease, pain and isolation. Using the process of Inquiry created by Byron Katie, you can explore at your own pace some of these stressful, limiting beliefs, to find what is true for you, and to come home to your innocent, beautiful, peaceful self. In so doing, many have discovered the intense beauty and love at the heart of all that is, no longer separated by fear, judgements, or projections, and free to unfold in the presence of the love that you truly are.
