Working The Body A two-day workshop Presented by Brianda Domecq and Tamara Alferoff Two days of exercises to help open your mind to the amazing phenomenon of the body, something we so often malign, disregard, punish, take for granted, or idealise. What causes your suffering? What is the point of pain? How can you deal with it? What if your body let you down? Do you ever:
When we identify with these beliefs, we live as though we are this: crippled, in pain, and contracted, in an inner and outer world that matches our thinking. This workshop is specifically designed to enable you to identify, understand, and work with some of these stressful, limiting beliefs, to find what is true for you, no longer separated from your self and from others by fear, judgements, or projections.
