The relationship: client/facilitator. Feedback and evaluation methods of the facilitation. Do your clients work. Self-evaluation of your facilitation. Working with difficult clients. Loving your past working with your timeline. Working with traumatic experiences. A life without guilt and justification with the resourceful dialogue.

Learn to receive criticism no matter how it is given and learn to give a constructive feedback. Integration of The Work into your daily life and roles. Using The Work in coaching, in the company, in the family, in management. Passing on The Work. Code of Ethics as a facilitator. Evaluation and celebration.
