For eight 90 minute teleconference sessions together we will inquire into where we experience primary relationships we have had, or are having now, as stressful, painful, or difficult. Each week offers a specific area of focus including guilt, shame, needs, anger, sadness, loss, fear, forgiveness and amends. If you choose to, your relationship focus can be someone other than a primary partner; parent, child, money, food, work. Any of these can be brought to inquiry.

About the Presenter:
Grace Bell, M.A., Certified Facilitator and Life Coach, has a private practice in northeast Seattle in person and by phone, and works with people from all walks of life, with special care for concerns around love relationships and divorce, eating disorders, money, and cancer or other frightening diagnoses. She has experienced pain around eating and food, divorce, fear in parenting, dramatic loss of money and come to deep peace in all these areas in her life while continuing to practice self-inquiry.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is fine). If your cancellation is received nine 7 days in advance of the workshop, your tuition will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. If you do not send advance written notice of your cancellation, if you do not attend, or if you leave the workshop early, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
