Exploring Underlying Beliefs
Presented by Zoé Newman

In this six-week class we will explore and do The Work on the underlying beliefs and related concepts that help hold our deeply rooted stories in place. Each week will focus on a different aspect:
Week 1 — Examining the Evidence: My Proofs
Week 2 — The Meanings Attached: And That Means
Week 3 — Underlying Assumptions: Our Implicit Shoulds
Week 4 — Worst Case Scenario: And Then What Would Happen
Week 5 — Cutting Out the Middleman: What Would It Give Me
Week 6 — Who Would I Be: Living Your Turnarounds and Discoveries

Partner work and journaling between sessions will provide an opportunity to bring these related beliefs to Inquiry, and to deepen our process of exploration, insight and discovery throughout the week. Class size limited to 6 participants.
