For eight sessions together we will inquire into where we experience primary relationships we have had, or are having now, as stressful, painful, or difficult. Each week offers a specific area of focus including guilt, shame, needs, anger, sadness, loss, fear, forgiveness and amends. You may bring any important relationship in your life to this inquiry, whether partner, former partner, mother, father, boss, sibling, child.

About the Presenter:

Grace Bell, M.A., Certified Facilitator and Life Coach, has a private practice in northeast Seattle and by phone, and works with people from all walks of life, with special care for concerns around love relationships and divorce, eating disorders, money, and cancer or other frightening diagnoses.

Credit:

This event counts as 3 days of credit for Candidates in the BKI Facilitator Certification Program. Participants must attend the entire event in order to receive credit.
