We’ll look at how you can identify those thoughts, and then how you can use The Work to question them and find out what the truth is for you. As you do The Work on these stressful thoughts, you may experience a radical shift in how you interact with the people in your life. You might find yourself acting naturally in ways that feel truer and freer to you and that aren’t meant to deceive or manipulate others.
